Like me, Val Geisler was a theater nerd who got her BFA, transitioned out of that career and into an unfulfilling sales job, and then became a business owner. But while my theater career was on stage, hers was off. While I purposefully quit my job to be a full-time entrepreneur, she got fired and had to turn her 6-month side hustle into her career. While I became a creative career coach, she launched a VA biz that transitioned into Client Experience Systems Strategist consulting. There were so many things she said that resonated with me, and that I wanna help her shout from the rooftops. Things like: You can create what you want to become by being an entrepreneur. Nothing is permanent just try it on. Everything leads you to where you are headed. The other side of fear is that someone has done it before. The things I spend the least amount of brain time on are the most successful things. You have to balance the amount of time you spend spinning your wheels vs. the time youre actually productive about things.
